Dr. Trenton Dailey–Chwalibóg

I'm a perinatal epidemiologist who employs multi-omics methods to study the fundamental biology of maternal and child vulnerability in the developing world. My research is at the nexus of field epidemiology, clinical intervention and unbiased multi-omic investigation. I conducted my doctoral training at Action Against Hunger (Paris) where I led a multi-centric study of phenotypic vulnerability in children with severe acute malnutrition. Since 2020, I have developed and led the biomarker discovery portfolio within the Department of Food Technology, Safety, and Health at Ghent University. I have over a decade of experience living and working across Africa and Asia.
